As you can see (if you enlarge the photos), one stud and lug nut is totally missing, the rest are loose and totally broken off. The wheel itself is resting on the very edge of the hub! One more fraction of an inch and we could have been seriously injured... This little episode ended up delaying us for a day and a half. You just never know...
