As it dries, load a stamp stomper from our
Just the Stompers with a few drops of dye reinker in various colors:
Use a mini spritzer filled with rubbing alcohol (91% works best & costs the same) to spray the stomper:

Swipe the stomper across the piece of
Kromekote Glossy Cardstock:

Watch the magic and see how the resist pad did its job and, well,
resisted the ink so the stamped images stood out:

Once this has dried, which does not take long, use any Dark Dye Ink Pad - eg. Black
to stamp

Cut out a post-it note mask and placed it over the image:
