Resist Technique
In this example, our very own Kathy K (Seaside Stampin' Ink) shows a cool resist technique.
Start by stamping Frankincense (DD-1420) which is included in our DaVinci Theme Acrylic Mount Stamp Set with a Perfect Medium Pad on our special Kromekote Glossy Cardstock:

As it dries, load a stamp stomper from our Just the Stompers with a few drops of dye reinker in various colors:
Use a mini spritzer filled with rubbing alcohol (91% works best & costs the same) to spray the stomper:
Swipe the stomper across the piece of Kromekote Glossy Cardstock:
Watch the magic and see how the resist pad did its job and, well, resisted the ink so the stamped images stood out:
Once this has dried, which does not take long, use any Dark Dye Ink Pad - eg. Black
to stamp Leda's (E-1323) face onto the card:
Cut out a post-it note mask and placed it over the image:
This is done so you can use additional images to fill the card without marring the face:
A silver Leafing Pen makes a quick and instant border:
Lift off the mask to reveal the finished card:
